By using this website and placing orders with Pizza Time, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before ordering.

Pizza Time is an online-only sub-brand operated by Golden Grill (Ludmila Limited), a company registered in England and Wales (CRN - 14619574).

1. Ordering and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are an offer to purchase a product. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (Value Added Tax) at 20%.
  • A delivery charge of £1.50 and a service charge of 50p are applied to every order.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store any card or payment details.

3. Allergies and Ingredients

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. All allergen information is available upon request.

4. Delivery and Delays

We aim to deliver your food within a reasonable time frame, but all delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by high demand, weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refunds and Order Issues

If you have an issue with your order, such as an incorrect or missing item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our sole discretion, and each case will be assessed individually.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of our website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
